Refund policy


At Into Afterhours, we put a lot of care into creating and packing our products so they reach you safely and in perfect condition. Since our products are personal-care based, all delivered orders are considered final. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges.

We encourage you to carefully review product details and ingredient lists before placing an order. If you ever need help choosing the right product, our team is always happy to assist you prior to purchase.

1. Patch Test & Skin Sensitivities

Our formulations are thoughtfully developed using high-quality ingredients. That said, every skin type is unique and may respond differently.

We recommend:

  • Reviewing the complete ingredient list before purchase
  • Performing a patch test (behind the ear or inner elbow) before full use
  • Using products only as directed and on healthy, unbroken skin
  • If you experience irritation, please discontinue use immediately and rinse with water.

As individual skin responses vary, Into Afterhours cannot accept returns or replacements due to allergic reactions, sensitivity, breakouts, fragrance preference, texture, or results not meeting expectations.

2. Replacement Eligibility

We offer a replacement (not a refund) only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken, or
  • The product received is expired at the time of delivery

3. Opening Video Requirement

To help us resolve issues fairly and quickly, an uninterrupted opening video is required for all replacement requests. The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed outer packaging
  • The unboxing process
  • The damaged or expired product

Requests submitted without an opening video will unfortunately not be eligible for replacement.

4. How to Raise a Replacement Request

If your order meets the above conditions:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Email us at intoafterhours@gmail.com
  • Subject line: “Damaged / Expired Product – Order ID
  • Share your order ID, opening video, and clear images of the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.

5. What Is Not Covered

We are unable to accept replacement requests for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect product selection
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Minor packaging dents or cosmetic outer box damage
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims without sufficient proof

6. Final Review

All replacement requests are reviewed carefully by our team. Approval is subject to verification, and Into Afterhours reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.
